- I'm more than half a century old, a Malaysian-born Indian, Tamil is my mother tongue (my father's too), went to film school in India (FTII Pune), met some of the most wonderful people I've met in my life there, still struggling to make that slippery as an eel first film, feel like a fish out of water in my home country (Why?), feel very much at home in Chinatown Kuala Lumpur (probably one of the best watering holes on earth) drinking beer among Caucasian and other foreign travellers, single and not into marriage at all (dread sharing my life with someone, leave alone my bed), miss greatly my dearest friend Sona (Gold too was his heart) who decided to take the early boat to the next world in November 2005.
